For farm homestead, country and city home stays, you need only take your own personal belongings. Make sure you take suitable casual clothing appropriate for the time of year. Best to include strong footwear and a camera. Your stay is typically an easy, unhurried time and not one of great formality.
No minimum stay is required but two nights per host property is recommended to fully appreciate the unique opportunity being hosted presents.
Although a complimentary glass of wine is included, you may like to take a bottle of wine from the many quality New Zealand wines available, if you so wish.
