It is advisable to book your farm or home hosted stay as far in advance as possible to secure a confirmed reservation, especially during the months of November to February. Contact should be made at least 72 hours in advance in order for us and your hosts to fully prepare for your stay.
Our central reservations office is open Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 8am to 5pm. You will be asked the location and type of accommodation you wish to stay at, and if you have any special requests or specific food requirements. From our data base of over 500 host properties, we will check with our available hosts the date(s) you have requested and reply to you at the earliest opportunity.
If you are booking directly with us, you will be asked for your credit card details (we accept Visa or Mastercard, please have these ready to quote our consultant). The rate will be confirmed with you at the time of your initial call to our central reservations number before we proceed with your booking. Once your stay has been confirmed, full documentation including our host details and a local map will be issued.
