Booking Conditions

Important - Please Read We can only hold a provisional booking for 48 hours
Deposit To confirm your booking(s) we require a deposit of NZ$100. If your stay commences in less than 8 weeks, the full payment will be due at the time of booking. Please note, this is non refundable.
Payment Method We accept either VISA or MasterCard. Card Number, full name that appears on the card and expiry date is required.
Booking Confirmed Once your deposit has been received we will notify you immediately with your booking details and when the balance is due.
Full Host Information Outstanding balances are due 30 days prior to commencement of your stay(s) at which time full host information is issued.
Selection and Change Hosts : We reserve the right to select or substitute hosts for the comfort and convenience of guests, if this becomes necessary due to any change in host circumstances.
Amendments : Are subject to a fee of NZ$25 after the original reservation has been confirmed.
Cancellations : Any cancellation that occurs after the payment of the deposit will be subject to a fee of NZ$100 per booking/per stay.
Refunds :

No refunds are made on accommodation cancelled within 48 hours of the intended stay, or for No shows.

Responsibility :

Rural Holidays New Zealand Limited and its representatives and all companies or persons supplying services are not responsible or liable for transportation delays nor for any loss, damage or injury to person or property, or any act due to events beyond their control. Rural Holidays is the agent for the hosts, and not responsible for any negligent act, error or omission during the service provided by Rural Holidays hosts or any other principal.
