Reservations & Booking Information
It is advisable to book your farm, or country home home hosted stay as far in advance as possible to secure a confirmed reservation, especially during the months of October to April, inclusive
Our hosts do not accept short notice bookings 
When you are booking directly with us, you will be asked for your credit card details.
The rate (please refer retail rates) will be confirmed with you at the time of your initial
email before we proceed with a definite booking
Please note our cancellation policy as detailed in our Booking Conditions.
Once your stay has been confirmed, our full host documentation will be issued.
As we accept only Email bookings, please allow 24/48 hours turn around during the business week (Monday to Friday),
as we need to check individual host availability, which can take time given that our hosts are not on line 24/7
